Oh Beautiful is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim.

If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your buildings office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. We will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly.

Oh Beautiful Honey is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from Sacramento, California. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

We allow returns within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

To begin the process, email OhBeautifulHoney@gmail.com with “Return” or “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line, a brief description and accompanying images to help determine the best steps to resolve the issue. 

Once a refund or exchange is approved, and your item/s are received they will be reviewed. Following review of return, we will let you know about approval or denial of your refund. If approved, it will be processed and a refund or process of replacement will immediately begin.

How soon you are credited back,  will be determined to your bank.

Exceptions:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

FAQ:

Q: How long it takes to receive my refund, replacement product, or store credit?

A: Once you contact OhBeautifulHoney, send back item/s, and get approved we will process immediately. Your bank will determine how long to process back into your account.

Q: Will I have to pay any for return/exchange fees? 

A: Yes, there will be a return shipping fee subtracted from returns.
