Returns and Exchanges

We allow returns within days of delivery. You can return your product for an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

To begin the process, email OhBeautifulHoney@gmail.com with “Return” or “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line, a brief description and accompanying images to help determine the best steps to resolve the issue. 

Once a refund or exchange is approved, and your item/s are received they will be reviewed. Following review of return, we will let you know about approval or denial of your refund. If approved, it will be processed and a refund or process of replacement will immediately begin.

How soon you are credited back,  will be determined to your bank.

Exceptions:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

    FAQ:

    Q: How long it takes to receive my refund, replacement product, or store credit?

    A: Once you contact OhBeautifulHoney, send back item/s, and get approved we will process immediately. Your bank will determine how long to process back into your account.

    Q: Will I have to pay any for return/exchange fees? 

    A: Yes, there will be a return shipping fee subtracted from returns.
